But for light messes such as urine stains and wine spills, it does an excellent job. There’s an onboard 270Ml electric water tank with adjustable flows that can be set from the app.
On navigation, the D9 Max doesn’t have a camera but relies on a solid LiDAR navigation system to find its way around your house while avoiding obstacles. There’s no AI-based obstacle avoidance system, so expect it to hit a few obstacles here and there. On mapping, it creates and saves multiple maps of your house and allows for containment via No Go Zones.
2. Dreametech D10 Plus
The D10 is a line of 2 models, the D10 and D10 PLus. So what sets them apart? The D10 doesn’t come with an automatic self-emptying station, while the D10 Plus is an automatic self-emptying robot vacuum as it comes with a base that houses the self-emptying components.
The base station has a large disposable bag that can hold dirt for up to 45 days, which is just fantastic as you’ll have more time for other chores and not emptying the bin now and then. After the bag is full, you’ll need to buy a new bag and fix it as required.
