3 reasons to choose Tineco S11
- iLoop dust sensor: All-in-one place LED display shows the cleaning status by changing the color, alerts, and connection to Wi-Fi.
- High-performance motor: Tineco S11 has 130W to deliver strong suction and excellent cleaning of all surfaces.

Tineco A11 vs Tineco S11 vs Tineco S12 Similarities
- Design – All Tinecos boast the same design in terms of construction. They are stick vacuums and can be converted from the stick mode to the handheld. But they slightly differ in colors and dimensions.
- Multi-Surface Cleaning – No matter what floor types you’ve got in your house – all models can deal with hard floors, carpets, and pet hair equally well.
- Attachments – Apart from the main brush (LED multi-tasker power brush), the manufacturer equips us with extra tools. All of them offer in the package a 2-in-1 dusting brush, a mini power brush, and a crevice tool.
- Filtration – Tineco A11, S11, and Pure One S12 EX come with HEPA filtration making them best for allergy sufferers.
- Bin Size – Tineco vacuums hold up to 0.6L of dirt in their bins despite the model.
- Noise Level – We cannot say Tinecos are silent, but the noise level they provide is considered standard. And it’s the same for all units.
- Handheld Configuration – Both A and S series allow users to transfer vacuums from regular to handheld devices for spot cleaning.
- Warranty – The Tineco brand tags along with a two-year warranty.
Tineco A11 vs Tineco S11 vs Tineco S12 Differences
- Dimensions and Weight – Though all models are quite lightweight for easy carry and cleaning, their dimensions and weight change from model to model. So, you can choose a lighter or a more solid product for you.
- Suction Power – When it comes to suction power, Tineco Pure ONE S12 EX is a beast with a maximum output of 145 AW. Second is the S11 model, which delivers 130 AW when running optimally. Last is the Tineco A11, which puts out 120 AW when at high power settings.
- Cleaning Modes – Tineco A11 comes with three cleaning modes: Eco, Auto, and Boost mode. Choose Eco mode for light cleaning and to save battery. For medium and intensive cleaning, switch to Auto and Boost, respectively. The Tineco S11 has two modes: Auto for standard cleaning and Max for the most challenging cases. Lastly, the Pure ONE S12 EX has Auto and Manual mode, and furthermore, you can adjust the power too.
- iLoop – You will not find this technology in the Tineco A11 model. If you want your vac to detect dirt and automatically increase the suction, get the S11 or the S12 units.
- Display – Only the Tineco S series, i.e., the S11 and the S12, come with a display. They feature an LED that shows battery status, remaining cleaning time, and cleaning modes, malfunctions, and other alerts, among other crucial data.
- Battery and Runtime – Tineco S11 comes with one inbuilt battery that can last for 40 minutes. On the other hand, Tineco A11 and S12 EX have dual battery systems. They come with two batteries for you to replace the dead with a full one to continue cleaning. The only difference here is that the A11 lasts for 50-60 minutes, and the S12 can clean for 100 minutes in low power mode. Recharge time is about 3-4 hours.
- Smart Connectivity – Tineco S11 and S12 are ahead of the A11 model when it comes to Smart connectivity. They boast 2.4GHz Wi-Fi allowing for control on the Smartphone app.

Hello! I am confused a bit with my Tineco S11. I have a large house of 2,400 sq. feet, and I need a lot of charge on my vacuum’s battery. However, I am not sure about that mount-to-charge thing. It would be more convenient if the battery could come off the unit, and I could charge it separately. I would buy the second battery for replacement if the first goes out of charge, and use them in turn. But I don’t see the option for me to take the battery off and charge it separately. What do you think?

Hi! Thank you for this question. You can do it both ways on this model. You may either charge the battery when it is attached to the vacuum or separate and charge it at the top of the wall mount. Buying the second battery for replacement is a great idea. If I had this model, I would do the same thing. It is absolutely convenient to put the battery into a charger. Or you may leave it on the item and charge it with the system. It’s entirely your choice.

Hi! My Tineco S11 is a great vacuum cleaner. It lasts longer than any other model, and it is pretty powerful and convenient to use. Though, I cannot see how much charge is remaining in the battery while I am using the thing. How can I tell that I need to charge it?
Richard Harrison
Hello! Thank you for the question. Everything is apparent here. You can see three blue lights on the side of the battery box, can’t you? If these lights go down to two and then to one, it means that the battery is discharging. Then, you may see red blinking, and the item will stop working very soon. No worries even if your house is large. I can do half of mine with the charge, even though it is 2,200 square large. Or you can connect to the Tineco App to monitor battery levels if you find it more convenient. You can also buy a spare battery to ensure that you can complete your vacuuming in one go.

Hi! I need a cordless vacuum cleaner, so I have chosen Tineco 12S. But I can see that there are two options here – S12 and S12 Plus. S12 Plus is more expensive, so what’s the difference? I hope it is a good value for the price. Thank you!
Richard Harrison
Hello! The question of pricing is important. However, I bought S12, and I love it. I don’t see the need to change it to something more expensive. or you may certainly opt for S12 Plus if you want the digital read-out and a softer brush roller. If you have a hardwood floor, the latter option is much better. As for S12, I use it on carpet and vinyl plank flooring, and it performs excellently with the provided multi-surface roller.

Hi there! It has happened that my entire house has tile flooring. I am thinking about which vacuum cleaner I need for it. I consider buying Tineco A11 Hero. Does it work well on tiles?
Richard Harrison
Hello! Thank you for the question. That’s why I bought Tineco A11, and it works very well, especially in open areas. It also does a decent job along the walls. Though, as with any other vacuum cleaner, it does not get as close to the wall as I would like it to. And I must say, it is equally good on carpets and tiles. Its rotating brush head for hard flooring is very effective, indeed. We have two small dogs that shed a lot, but we are happy not to have any problems with their fur when they leave it on tiles and carpets. So, I would responsibly recommend you to buy this model and never worry.

Hello! I am always pressed for time, and I would like to do my cleaning quickly. However, my Tineco A11 cannot withstand the vast area of my flooring, so its battery dies, and I need to recharge it so often. I understand that it is OK, but charging takes so much time! Can you tell me why and what can I do to make the battery charge faster?
Richard Harrison
Hi! I am not sure I can tell you exactly why that happens. It depends on different factors that may have a great impact. For example, how long have you been using the battery? If there have been many charges and discharges, the Lithium-ion battery can lose its strength. It is similar to a mobile phone battery. And you need to avoid high temperatures and exposing your battery to a lot of moisture.
You can extend your battery’s life by charging it to full, but discharging only to 50 percent, and then charging again. When a Lithium battery is fully discharged, it will take longer to recharge it. And its capacity may degrade over time. It does not perform like the old nickel-cadmium batteries, so you cannot expect it to last as long as that. Normally, your battery can charge within 3-4 hours. You cannot do anything about it. If the charging time is longer, you may contact Tineco customer support and ask them for help.
