Pretty cool, I'm wondering if you thing it'd be difficult to recognize and record pills that are not packaged? There'd be a lot of money in that solution, I'm trying to find that solution now for the hospital I work at.
I once worked for a company
I once worked for a company that had a division working on pill counting. I think they could get it to work, but not necessarily very well. It was a trade-off between speed and accuracy. You might want to check out http://www.parata.com. I think they do something like this.
