The MEGAbitty is one of the smallest fully functinal microcontrollers around. It's quite popular with the nano-sumo and micro-sumo robot building crowd, but it can also be used for a variety of other projects. It uses the Mega8 AVR microcontroller and also has a built in motor driver.
